Here’s a simple guide to help you choose:

✨ 60 MINUTE SIGNATURE
Best for first-time clients, moderate to heavy staining, if it’s been a while since you last whitened, or if you’re looking for your maximum whitening result.

✨ 45 MINUTE EXPRESS
A great option for first-time whitening with minimal staining if you’re looking for a natural + noticeable result. It’s also a great choice if you prefer to whiten every 9 months to 1 year.

✨ 30 MINUTE TOUCH UP
Perfect for maintaining and refreshing your results. I typically recommend a touch up every 4 to 6 months to keep your smile looking fresh.

Still not sure what to book?

Your treatment is customized as we go. Fresh peroxide is re-applied every 15 minutes, so we can monitor your whitening results throughout the appointment.

If you reach your desired shade at 30 or 45 minutes, we can stop there. You don’t necessarily need the full 60.

As a Registered Dental Hygienist, these are the toothpastes I personally avoid and what I’d recommend instead.

Charcoal and purple whitening toothpastes have become incredibly popular, but they often don’t deliver the whitening results they promise.

🖤 Charcoal toothpastes can be abrasive and may contribute to enamel wear over time.

💜 Purple whitening toothpastes only create a temporary colour-correcting effect. They don’t actually whiten teeth.

Many people are also choosing fluoride-free toothpaste, but if you do, make sure it contains ingredients that help protect and strengthen enamel, such as hydroxyapatite.

So what would I buy instead?

🦷 Remin by Oral Science – My current go-to! It’s great for sensitive teeth and contains hydroxyapatite to help remineralize and strengthen enamel.

🦷 Super Leaves by ATTITUDE – A fluoride toothpaste with clean ingredients that helps strengthen enamel and prevent cavities.

✨ My biggest tip: Choose a toothpaste that contains ingredients to help protect enamel such as fluoride or hydroxyapatite and avoid unnecessarily harsh ingredients like SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate).
