Patient was not happy with her existing smile and complaining upper 4 front teeth are so much whiter and looking fake. Also complaining upper back teeth has yellow stains. She wants to put veneers which have more natural teeth color shade.

Treatment plan: 10 Emax porcelain veneers and bleaching white lower teeth

After restoration of veneers and bleaching in progress, she was so pleased with new smile. She has now more confidence when she smiles.

Patient came as emergency appointment with complaining of severe pain in Upper Right back tooth since 1 day.

Clinical and x- ray findings: Tooth # 1.5 showing leaking composite old filling, single root has almost 90 degree curvature ( dilecaration), cold test - sharp pain with linger effect, severe sensitivity on percussion, no mobility, pocket - normal

Diagnosis: Symptomatic Irreversible Pulpitis and Symptomatic Apical Periodontitis

Treatment planning:

Root Canal Treatment (RCT): L.A, Rubber Dam, Straight line accessed, Single canal, Working length determined with J.Morita apex locator and x-ray, Cleaning & Shaping canals done by firstly H hand files # 6,8,10,15,20 & then lastly Dentsply WaveOne Gold Rotary File System, Copious Irrigation with sodium hypo & Dentsply QMix 2in1, Endoactivator, Bioceramic sealer with G.P, Final composite resin restoration.

Patient was complaining of severe pain with swelling in Lower front tooth after Root Canal Treatment done in another office last year.

Clinical and xray findings: Tooth # 31 showing endo treated RCT underfilling with voids, Periapical Radiolucency, Top & Palption +ve, No mobility, Pocket normal, Localised intra-oral buccal swelling,

Diagnosis: Failed RCT & Acute PA Abcess

Treatment planning:

Phase 1- Emergency open access and removal of old filling and GP point, calcium hydroxide paste, temporary filling and antibiotics

Phase 2- Root Canal Treatment after 2 week

After 2 week of finishing antibiotics course, Patient was completely out of pain and no swelling. L.A, Rubber Dam, Straight line accessed, Single canal, Working length determined with J.Morita apex locator and xray, Cleaning & Shaping canals done by Dentsply WaveOne Gold Rotary File System, Copious Irrigation with sodium hypo & Dentsply QMix 2in1, Endoactivator, Bioceramic sealer, Final composite resin restoration.

Patient came to office as emergency appointment, complaining of severe pain and swelling in LL back tooth last week.

Clinical and xray findings: Tooth 35- Abutment metal bridge, Xray show Periapical Radiolucency, Top & Palption +ve, Cold test -ve, No mobility, Localised intra-oral buccal swelling,

Diagnosis: Necrotic Pulp & Acute PA Abcess

Treatment planning:
Phase 1- Emergency Incision & Drainage and antibiotics
Phase 2- Root Canal Treatment after 1 week

After 1 week of finishing antibiotics course, Patient has no sign of pain and swelling, L.A, Rubber Dam, Straight line accessed, Working length determined with J.Morita apex locator and xrays, Class 5 canal configuration, Cleaning & Shaping canals done by Dentsply WaveOne Gold Rotary File System, Copious Irrigation with sodium hypo & Dentsply QMix 2in1, Endoactivator, Bioceramic sealer, Final composite resin restoration.

After completing Phase 1, Phase 2: Zirconia five unit Bridge from tooth 2.3 to 2.7, in upper left side, is now completed. Patient is so happy with whiter & brighter Hollywood smile. Patient is also coming back to make Zirconia Crowns in upper right back teeth and bleaching in lower teeth to match whiter new smile.
