Nobody's summer brushing routine is perfect, and that is okay. Late sunsets, camping trips, one more episode, kids asleep in the car on the way home from the lake, somewhere in there, the two minutes at the sink quietly become forty seconds. Or zero.
We are not here to make anyone feel bad about it. Summer is supposed to be more relaxed, but if you want one easy thing to get back on track this week, make it the nighttime brush. That is the one that matters most, because whatever is left on your teeth overnight has eight hours to sit there.
One habit. Tonight. That is the whole ask.
