🦷 How to Properly Care for Your Dentures
Your dentures are an investment in your smile — and with proper care, they can last for years!

Here are a few simple tips to keep them looking and feeling their best:

✔️ Clean daily – Brush your dentures every day using a soft denture brush and a non-abrasive denture cleanser. Avoid regular toothpaste, as it can scratch the surface.

✔️ Rinse after eating – Remove and rinse your dentures to wash away food particles and prevent buildup.

✔️ Soak overnight – Most dentures need to stay moist to keep their shape. Soak them in a denture solution or water overnight (unless otherwise instructed). Shreve Denture Clinic recommends NovaDent for soaking -inquire at tge office for more info

✔️ Handle with care – Dentures are strong but can break if dropped. Clean them over a folded towel or sink filled with water.

✔️ Keep up with check-ups – Regular visits to your denturist ensure proper fit and comfort. Ill-fitting dentures can cause irritation and sore spots.
