Here's something that might change how you think about your morning coffee. ☕👀

Acidic drinks, including coffee, juice, and sparkling water, temporarily soften your enamel for up to 30 minutes after drinking. Brushing during that window actually does more harm than good, as it can scrub away softened enamel.

The fix: rinse with water after acidic drinks, wait 30 minutes, then brush. 🦷

National Toothbrush Day. The holiday we didn't know we needed. 🪥

Hot take: most people's toothbrushes are way overdue for replacement. The rule is every 3 months, or when the bristles start splaying outward. Frayed bristles don't clean effectively, they just kind of shuffle around your mouth. 😄

So if you can't remember the last time you replaced yours... it's time. Go do it!
