What are chewies and why do I need them? By biting down on soft chewies a few times a day for 5-10 minutes at a time, you will help seat the aligner, which means the aligner fits tightly against your teeth. It also helps to encourage blood flow to your teeth and gums.

We encourage you to stay away from foods like hard candy, caramel, and nuts. You can still enjoy many of your favourite foods, but your preparation of them might change. For example, you should cut hard vegetables into smaller pieces, and always ensure you brush and floss afterwards! With Invisalign, because the clear aligners are removable during meal times, you can eat all of your favourite foods!
