With the growing needs of a Covid-19 work environment, we are opening up 2 additional new Full Time positions.
Dental Assistant available for an assistant interested in a challenging position. Needs to be independent, and organized, to help with Sterilization and laboratory work. Must have a complete knowledge of Asepsis and Sterilization protocols. Will be trained on site as well by our staff. You will be joining a dynamic clinic where quality control is of the utmost importance.
Dental Receptionist. Must be computer savvy, bilingual and a people person. Dental experience although not absolutely necessary would be an added bonus.

As you get ready to walk through our doors once again, you will notice certain changes that we have made over the past 11 weeks in order to ensure the safety of our patients and our team. Although some physical changes will be visible, others will not. The one thing that has not changed is our attention to detail and our passion for what we do every day! AVIS IMPORTANT CENCERNANT NOTRE RETOUR AU TRAVAIL

Le moment que nous attendions impatiemment arrive bientôt, cependant il faut comprendre qu’avec cette annonce réjouissante, il y aura de nouvelles procédures à respecter.

Nous avons attendu patiemment les directives du gouvernement et nous avons appris hier, au même moment que le public, la réouverture de notre bureau le 1er juin. Nous avons travaillé sans relâche durant les 10 dernières semaines afin de se préparer pour notre retour éventuel. Nous avons donc équipé notre clinique selon les nouvelles normes.

Nous avons installé des Plexiglas à l’avant et avons fait le nécessaire afin d’avoir tout les protections nécessaires ainsi qu’un système de ventilation adapté dans le but de s’assurer de la sécurité de notre équipe et des patients !

Même si nous avons les meilleures intentions et que nous voudrions être en mesure de tous vous voir rapidement, il faudra être compréhensif puisque ce ne sera pas possible. Nous comprenons que chacun souhaite être priorisé et être vu rapidement. S’il vous plait, pour nous aider à accélérer le processus de rappel, veuillez être patient et attendre que notre personnel vous contacte.

C’est notre but premier de voir tout nos patients et d’être de retour à notre routine mais avec les circonstances, nous devrons analyser chaque dossier et donner les rendez-vous en fonction du type de procédure et des urgences. Ce ne sont pas des décisions faciles à prendre, mais nous ferons de notre mieux pour que ce soit équitable pour tous et chacun. Merci d’accepter nos excuses puisque nous ferons tout notre possible pour pouvoir vous revoir rapidement.

C’est une situation unique et hors de notre contrôle mais nous avons tous vécu cette crise ensemble. Même si cette situation est très exigeante moralement et physiquement, nous vous demandons de faire preuve de patience, de solidarité et de compréhension durant le temps ou nous essayons de retourner à notre pratique avec toutes ces nouvelles marches à suivre.
Certaine procédure demanderons des protections additionnelles et les rendez-vous serons donné en fonction de ses nouveaux protocoles.

Encore une fois, nous vous comprenons et nous sommes là pour vous. Nous avons toujours apprécié votre support et nous vous considérons comme une partie de notre famille. Nous avons très hâte de vous revoir !

IMPORTANT NOTICE CONCERNING OUR RETURN TO WORK

The moment we have been anxiously awaiting has almost arrived, however we must understand that with this happy announcement, certain protocols need to be implemented.

We have patiently awaited for our Governing Bodies to give us the go ahead. We found out yesterday at the same time as the general public that we are to reopen our office on June 1st. We have been working tirelessly in the background these past 10 weeks to prepare for our eventual return. We have equipped our office for the NEW NORMAL.

We have installed Protective Shields in the Front office, and have been working on acquiring our necessary PPE and modifying our Air Systems in order to ensure the safety of our patients and staff!

Although we have the best intentions and want to see all of you quickly, please understand that this will not be possible. We understand that everyone wants to be prioritized and everyone needs to be seen. We ask that in order to help us accelerate the recall process, please be patient and wait for our staff to call you.

It is our ULTIMATE GOAL to see all of our patients and get back to our routine, but please understand that we will need to analyse all the patient charts, and schedule our patients based on procedure type and urgency. It is not an easy decision for us to make, and we will ensure fairness throughout this procedure. Please accept our apologies as we will do everything possible to get everyone in quickly, but please try to be understanding during this process.

This situation was beyond our control and everyone has been living through this crisis together. As time goes by, our patience is running thin yet we must show continued solidarity, kindness and patience as we try to resume our normal activities. Certain procedures require extra PPE, and therefore certain procedures and appointments will be scheduled according to these new protocols.

Once again, we understand you, and are here for you. We have always appreciated your support and consider you to be a part of our family, and are looking forward to having you back!

During this pandemic period, according to the most recent recommendations by the governing bodies (ODQ, QAO, and the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux), it is MANDATORY to cancel all appointments in order to eliminate any spread of the coronavirus.

Rest assured that a member of our team will contact you by phone or email as soon as it is possible in order to arrange a date for your next visit to the clinic.

The Association des Orthodontistes du Québec has published a document on the management of orthodontic treatment in the context of a pandemic in order to help patients with all types of treatment.
