As we come to the end of Mental Health Awareness Month, we want to take a moment to remind our patients, team, and community that mental health matters this month and every month.

At Yazdani Family Dentistry, we believe health goes far beyond your smile. Mental health is just as important as physical health, and we know that lifeโ€™s challenges can sometimes make even the smallest tasks feel overwhelming. Dental anxiety, stress, burnout, and a packed schedule can all feel overwhelming at times, and those feelings are completely valid, and more common than you might think.

As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, we encourage everyone to continue checking in on themselves and the people around them. Prioritize rest when you need it, ask for help when you need it, and remember that taking care of yourself (including your oral health) is something to be proud of.
