We're different. That's what everyone says, right?
But honestly... we really are.
Of course, we'll call to book and confirm appointments, discuss treatment options, educate you, submit insurance claims, and take care of all the things you'd expect from a dental office.
But we'll also ask how that new job is going. How's your family doing? Did everyone enjoy that birthday party you spent weeks planning? How was that trip to Europe?
At Dr. Andrea Stevens Dentistry, we don't just treat patients—we treat people.
We know dentistry can be intimidating. We know we have to get the work done. But that's why for us, it's often more than just a quick "Hi, sit down, open wide, drill, pay, see you next time." It's about helping you feel comfortable and safe in the environment. To not only provide exceptional dental care, but also genuine care. We may take our work seriously, but not always ourselves. After all, we're humans too.
From Destiny at the front desk who’s picking up your calls and makes patients feel good with the sweetness of her voice and a big smile in person, to Dr. Stevens, who understands dental anxiety firsthand and takes the time to explain everything in a way that feels more like a conversation with a trusted friend than a dental appointment. And Stephanie, our hygienist of many years and a familiar face to so many of our patients. She provides exceptional hygiene with genuine compassion and has a way of making it feel like she’s known you forever.
Let's not forget what happens behind the scenes. Amanda, Dr. Stevens' assistant, and Bia help keep everything running smoothly (well... most of the time 😉). If you see Dr. Stevens, chances are Amanda won't be far behind. While Bia has been an outstanding dental assistant for many years herself, she's also our treatment coordinator, helping patients navigate their care with confidence.
We're not afraid to talk here—or laugh (that’s for sure). There are no silly questions, no awkward moments, and no judgment. And if you think your question might be a silly one, don't worry—Amanda has probably already asked it for you (I've got you😉).
