Thank you to Dr. Chan and Dr. Lung for the celebratory dinner marking a productive year of hard work.
We are thankful for our patients’ trust and support this year. Our team remains fully committed to diligent service and continued dedication to our patients in the community.

1.) Eat candy with a meal 🍭: encourage eating a few pieces of candy right after lunch or dinner. Your mouth naturally produces more saliva during a meal, which helps wash away sugar and neutralize cavity causing acids.
2.) Drink Water 💧: swish and drink a glass of water immediately after eating candy. This helps rinse away the sticky sugars and acids.
3.) Maintain your routine 🪥🦷: brush twice a day for a full 2 minutes, morning and night, using a fluoride toothpaste. And floss once a day.
4.) Avoid sticky and chewy candies, hard candies and sour candies. 🍬🍭🍰
