All-on-X case: patient couldn’t tolerate a loose lower denture, so we rebuilt from the ground up. 4 mandibular implants, autogenous bone grafting, and a zirconia hybrid prosthesis supported by a titanium bar. Full-Arch Implant Rehabilitation — All-on-X Transformation ✨🦷

Another life-changing smile completed.

This patient presented with terminal upper dentition and limited bone volume. I removed all remaining maxillary teeth and placed 6 implants: 2 pterygoid implants for posterior support and 4 implants positioned between the sinuses, combined with a nasal floor lift to reinforce the anterior region.

A screw-retained provisional was delivered the same day, followed by the final titanium bar with zirconia overlay just 4 months later.

When Jerett came in, his dentition was hopeless, with very limited bone in the upper jaw. Using advanced planning and precise placement, I placed 5 implants in the maxilla and 5 in the mandible, immediately loaded with a screw-retained provisional.

Four months later, we delivered the final zirconia hybrid — anchored on a custom titanium bar for strength, beauty, and function.

Full Arch Implant Rehabilitation- All-on-X upper lower

❇️Procedure: All-On-X Dental Implant rehabilitation.
This wonderful patient came in with hopeless terminal dentition in his upper lower jaws. Limited bone in the maxilla. I placed 7 implants in the maxilla, 6 in the mandible and loaded immediately with a screw retained provisional. Final was inserted 4 months after placement.

Case was completed with titanium bar and zirconia overtop. Thank you for the beautiful lab work.

⏰ Treatment time: start to finish 4 months.

Check out this transformation!

Very satisfying to be able to treat our patients comprehensively under one roof. Patient came in with decayed and missing teeth that were also misaligned.

❇️Procedure: I restored the decayed teeth, removed the teeth that were nonrestroable, placed 6 implants, performed sinus lift upper left, bone grafts (ridge split) lower right and left, and gum grafts on all implants to improve tissue thickness and decrease muscle pull.

While everything was healing used clear aligners (invisalign) to move the teeth into a more ideal bite.
Once the teeth were in better position, restored the implants and completed the rehabilitation!


⏰ Treatment time: start to finish 18 months (time for healing of grafts/implants/completion of orthodontic treatment).

đź’‰Anesthesia: Local anesthesia and iv sedation

✨Final result: a healthy and aesthetic smile

🍎Advantages: restoring function and aesthetics without having to wear a removable denture (patient preference).
