We are pleased to announce that the Upper Gage Dental Centre has reopened. While we are currently only seeing patients who need emergency care, we hope to begin seeing patients for regular checkups and cleanings very soon.
You will undoubtedly notice some changes that we have implemented to help keep you safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. For instance, all patients must undergo screening before their appointment (which involves answering some questions and having your temperature taken). Also, everyone who enters the office must perform hand hygiene and is asked to wear a mask. All appointments have been timed appropriately in an attempt to maintain social distancing. These are just a few examples of the many changes that we have made in an effort to reduce the risk of exposure and ensure the safety of our patients, their families, and our staff.
Please rest assured that our infection control will continue to meet the standards of care set out by the Ministry of Health of Ontario and the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding during these challenging times.
