A friendly reminder that our office will be closed tomorrow, Monday, May 18th, in observance of the Victoria Day holiday. 🇨🇦

🦷 IMPORTANT CLINIC UPDATES 🦷
✨ ACCEPTANCE OF NEW PATIENTS
Due to increased demands for treatment, we are currently accepting new patients for hygiene treatment appointments ONLY. Please note that return appointments with Dr. Roul are booking approximately 2–3 months ahead due to our current schedule volume. Patients requesting appointments other than hygiene services will be placed on a wait list and contacted as appointments become available.
🦷 DENTURE TREATMENT AVAILABILITY
Denture appointments are currently limited due to high demand. Denture treatment is a detailed multi-step process that typically requires 4–5 separate appointments to ensure proper fit, comfort, function, and appearance. Because these appointments require significant clinical time and coordination, availability remains limited at this time.
📅 MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY
Our schedule continues to be extremely busy, and appointment times are in very high demand. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee as outlined in our clinic policy. This helps us provide appointment opportunities to patients who are waiting for care.
💳 CDCP (CANADIAN DENTAL CARE PLAN) INFORMATION
We are pleased to participate in the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP). However, it is important for patients to understand that the CDCP does not cover 100% of treatment costs. Depending on your coverage level and the treatment provided, there will be a copay (out-of-pocket amount) that patients are responsible for paying at the time of their appointment. Coverage amounts are determined by the CDCP and can vary from patient to patient. Coverage can be determined and discussed with patients prior to treatment being completed.
💰 PAYMENT PLANS
At this time, payment plans are not available for general dental treatment. Payment is expected at the time services are provided with the only exception being for orthodontic treatment in which prior arrangements have been made.
📋 SPECIALIST REFERRALS
When our office refers a patient to a specialist, it is because we believe additional evaluation or treatment is necessary for the patient’s oral health and overall care. We understand that specialist wait times can sometimes be lengthy; however, these referrals are made for important clinical reasons and are in the patient’s best interest. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout the referral process.
