You don’t notice your teeth… until something feels off.
A little sensitivity.
A bit of bleeding.
A discomfort you think will just go away.
But your body always gives signs — and your smile is no exception.
The earlier you pay attention, the easier it is to prevent bigger issues.
Don’t wait for pain to remind you.
Take care of your smile before it asks for attention.

A healthy smile starts with the right care. We focus on precision, comfort, and long-term results—because your confidence begins with your smile. 🦷✨

“Your smile remembers everything you do to it… 👀
The question is — are you taking care of it, or ignoring it?”

Every coffee, every late night without brushing, every skipped appointment — it all adds up over time.

The good news? It’s never too late to get back on track.

Regular dental visits aren’t just about a clean feeling — they help prevent bigger problems, protect your health, and keep your smile looking its best.

✨ A little care now saves you a lot later.
📅 Book your visit today and give your smile the attention it deserves.

🦷 “Your teeth can’t heal themselves… but we can help them!”

Caption:
Did you know your teeth are the only part of your body that can’t repair themselves? 🤯

Unlike bones or skin, once enamel is damaged, it doesn’t grow back. That’s why regular checkups and cleanings are so important — prevention really is the best medicine for your smile.

Your future smile will thank you.

✨ When was your last dental visit?

At night, your mouth produces less saliva, which means bacteria can grow faster while you sleep.

Skipping your nighttime brushing basically gives plaque 8 hours to party on your teeth.

Don’t let plaque win. 🦷

Dental Assistants Appreciation Week 🦷.
This week we would like to recognize and celebrate our incredible dental assistants at Pelham Hills Dentistry — Penny and Tatum.
Dental assistants play such an important role in our office. They support our dentists every step of the way, help our patients feel comfortable, and keep everything running smoothly each and every day.
Penny has been by Dr. Hrynyk’s side since the very first day he stepped into this office. Through busy days and challenging moments, she has always been a steady support, helping make every day easier for both the team and our patients. Dr. Hrynyk is truly grateful for her loyalty, dedication, and the care she brings to the office every single day.
Tatum has been part of our team since 2021 and works closely with Dr. Mark and Dr. Ryan. She has an amazing personality and a wonderful sense of humor that keeps everyone smiling. Her positive energy and contagious laughter make the office a brighter place for both our team and our patients.
We are so thankful for everything our assistants do.
Penny and Tatum — we appreciate you not just this week, but every single day! 💙

If teeth had feelings, they’d have a lot to say 😅
Especially about all the “I swear I floss… sometimes” confessions.
But here’s the truth:
➡ Flossing takes 30 seconds
➡ Prevents 80% of the most common dental problems
➡ Saves you from “surprise” appointments later
So yes… your teeth would definitely appreciate the extra attention.
And honestly, so would we 😂🦷
What do you think your teeth would say today?

Most people only worry about cavities… but your gums are actually the first place problems show up.
Redness, puffiness, bleeding — these are early warning signs of:
• gum disease
• inflammation
• stress
• diabetes risk
• immune issues

Your gums react before your teeth feel anything.
Think of them as your smile’s early-alert system.

✨ Pro tip: If your gums bleed, it’s not “normal.” It’s a sign to take action.
