That headache you wake up with every morning might not be from stress or bad sleep 😴

For a lot of people it's coming from their jaw. Grinding and clenching during sleep puts a significant amount of pressure on your jaw muscles overnight, and by morning it shows up as tension, headaches, or that tight feeling that takes a while to shake.

A custom night guard takes that pressure off. It's made specifically for your teeth and most patients notice a difference faster than they expect.

If your mornings have been feeling like this, it's worth bringing up at your next visit.

Have you ever noticed any of these signs with your gums?

😅 Bleeding when you brush or floss
😅 Puffiness or tenderness along the gumline
😅 Gums that look like they're pulling away from your teeth
😅 Persistent bad breath
😅 Sensitivity near the gumline

These are your mouth's way of telling you something is off. Caught early, gum issues are very manageable and a routine cleaning and exam is usually the first step.

Don't wait for it to get worse, give us a call!

A peek at what your Invisalign trays actually look like.

Clear, smooth, and custom made to fit your teeth exactly. Each set moves your teeth a little further along, and you swap to a new tray every two weeks. Most people around you won't even notice you're wearing them!

We're an official Invisalign provider at Hawkstone Dental, which means you're getting the real thing every time.

Want to see what your treatment plan would look like? Book a consult and we'll walk you through it 😊

This is a great question! Not everyone needs their wisdom teeth removed, but there are some signs worth paying attention to 👇🏻

Pain or pressure at the back of your jaw, swelling or tenderness around the gum line, difficulty opening your mouth fully, or recurring infections in that area are all things we want to know about.

Sometimes wisdom teeth come in just fine. Other times they're impacted or crowding other teeth in ways that cause bigger problems down the road.

If you've been noticing any of these signs, come in and we'll take a look. A quick exam and X-ray tells us everything we need to know.
