Back-to-school means packed lunches, snacks and busy schedules — and all that snacking can add up for little teeth!

A few smile-friendly swaps:

🧀 Cheese instead of sticky snacks
🥕 Crunchy veggies instead of gummies
💧 Water instead of juice or sports drinks
🍎 Fresh fruit instead of fruit snacks

And don’t forget the most important back-to-school supplies: a toothbrush, toothpaste and a healthy smile! 🦷✨
