Some cases stay with you for reasons that go far beyond the teeth.

When Dr. Daya was asked about one of the most memorable orthodontic cases of her career, she thought of a patient who had already been through a life changing experience, the loss of his left arm.

He came to her with significant crowding and wanting to improve his smile. Through clear aligner treatment, they were able to achieve a transformation that Dr. Daya still remembers today.

But what stood out most wasn’t simply how much his teeth changed.

It was his confidence.

Seeing that change in someone is a humbling reminder of why we do what we do. Sometimes, it isn’t about veneers or completely changing a smile, the right orthodontic treatment can make an incredible difference on its own.
