The webinar may have had my name on it, but the story was never mine alone.
Tonight, I had the privilege of presenting "Pass The Baton: Empowering Your Team to Drive Aligner Success", sharing how we've built a team-driven approach to clear aligner treatment at Agape Dental.
And as I reflected on the presentation, one thing stood out above everything else.
**I couldn't have told this story without my team.**
From the hygienists who start conversations and recognize opportunities, to the assistants who bring our digital workflows to life, to the administrative team who help patients take that next step — every person plays a part.
You've embraced new technology, stepped outside your comfort zones, learned new skills, challenged yourselves, and occasionally tolerated my crazy ideas (yes, I'm looking at you, Scan Olympics! 🏅.
But more importantly, you've shown me what happens when people are given the opportunity to grow, take ownership, and recognize what they're capable of.
I may have been the one behind the microphone tonight, but you were the ones who gave me something worth talking about.
To my Agape family, thank you for trusting the process, for putting up with my endless enthusiasm, and for continuing to raise the bar.
The greatest success of our aligner program isn't measured in cases started or smiles transformed. It's measured in the team we've become along the way.
And to Dentsply Sirona and the SureSmile team, thank you for the opportunity to share our journey with colleagues beyond the walls of Agape Dental.
