Just a reminder to our... Senior.. patients... did you receive your Provincial Seniors renewal letter for July 1st?? Your benefits may have changed... for our CDCP patients...did you remember to renew your coverage June1st?? The CDCP coverage is now open to all Canadians who meet the income requirements.... please call our office if you have any questions.
