At Smile Haven, our veneer process begins with your bite, occlusion, and overall smile — not the drill.
Using a 3D scan and detailed photographs, we assess whether veneers are appropriate and, importantly, how conservatively we can approach treatment.
Then comes one of my favourite steps: the Smile Trial. ✨
Before committing to your final veneers, we temporarily create the proposed smile directly over your natural teeth. This allows us to evaluate the shape, length, proportions, colour, and overall harmony with your face.
You get to see the proposed smile before we commit to it.
From there, we refine the design together and determine which material makes the most sense for your permanent restorations.
But the foundation of everything is occlusion — how your teeth come together and function.
A stable, well-designed bite can help us minimize unnecessary tooth preparation while also reducing unwanted forces and wear on your veneers.
