😣 Jaw Pain, Clicking or Tension? It Could Be TMD.

Temporomandibular Disorder (TMD) affects the joints that connect your upper and lower jaw. Because these joints are constantly working when you talk, chew, swallow and yawn, problems can lead to ongoing discomfort or restricted movement.

Some possible causes of TMD include:

🦷 Teeth grinding or clenching
😣 Stress and muscle tension
🦴 Arthritis affecting the jaw joint
💥 Injury to the jaw, head or neck
🦷 Changes involving the joint or its cushioning disc
