Sphinx Orthodontics Sphinx Orthodontics offers personalized orthodontics & Invisalign at Downtown Edmonton. Finally, central Edmontonians got their certified orthodontist.

Until now, you’ve had to leave the central area to find an orthodontist for your family. Or you can be having a difficult time finding an orthodontist who will straighten your smile with Invisalign. At Sphinx Orthodontics, getting braces is easy because you now have a conveniently located orthodontist and an Invisalign specialist. Tarek El-Bialy, BDS, PhD, is a certified orthodontist with extra training and experience in Invisalign (orthodontics without braces). Dr. El-Bialy can help you achieve a straight, beautiful smile – even if you have been told that you are not a candidate for Invisalign invisible braces. In addition to our Edmonton office, we are also located at:

Riverstone Dental
409 Cook Street

This Thanksgiving, we're feeling extra thankful for our amazing patients who have entrusted us with their smiles. 🙏💖
As we gather around the table with loved ones, we reflect on the privilege of being part of your orthodontic journey. Each one of you has brought warmth and joy to our practice, and we're grateful for the opportunity to make your smiles shine.
We're thankful for the smiles we've created together and the friendships we've formed along the way. 🤗🦷
As you enjoy delicious feasts and quality time with family and friends, don't forget to flaunt those fantastic smiles you've been working on! 😁
Wishing you all a wonderful Thanksgiving filled with laughter, gratitude, and, of course, plenty of scrumptious food! 🍗🥧🍽️
With heartfelt thanks,
the entire Sphinx Orthodontics Team 🦁✨
