Living with jaw pain, tightness or TMJ discomfort? A TENS unit may be an important part of understanding what’s causing your symptoms.

TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) uses gentle electrical stimulation to help relax the muscles around your jaw, head, neck and shoulders. As those tense muscles begin to release, you may experience temporary relief from discomfort while allowing your jaw to settle into a more relaxed position.

This helps your dentist better evaluate your jaw and determine the right TMJ treatment options for you. 🦷

At Sana Dental, we’re here to help you find answers—and feel more comfortable along the way. 💙

🦷 𝗔 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝘀𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘁𝘀.

Regular dental exams and cleanings help keep your teeth and gums healthy while giving your dental team an opportunity to identify potential concerns early.

They also remove plaque and tartar buildup that your everyday brushing and flossing can’t always take care of.

If it’s been a while since your last visit, consider this your reminder.

Book your next dental exam and cleaning today.

🦷 Have dental benefits left to use this year?

Now is the time to check your remaining coverage and take care of dental appointments or treatment you’ve been putting off.

From exams and cleanings to recommended treatment, booking in October gives you more time to use your 2026 benefits before schedules fill up toward the end of the year.

Don’t wait for December’s rush.

Check your coverage and book your dental appointment today. 🤍

⭐ Another wonderful review from one of our amazing patients!

There’s nothing better than knowing our patients feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for when they visit us. 🤍

Thank you for trusting us with your dental care and for taking the time to share your experience. Your kind words mean so much to our entire team!

Patient reviews like this can also help others in our community feel more confident when choosing their dental care team. We’re so grateful for every review and every patient who chooses to be part of our practice! 🦷✨

😄✨ 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗦𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆! ✨😄

A day dedicated to smiles, kindness, and doing something that makes someone else’s day a little brighter. 💛

Smile at a stranger, share a laugh with a friend, send someone a kind message, or simply take a moment to appreciate the people who make you smile.

We may be a little biased, but we think there’s something pretty special about a smile. 😊 It can brighten a room, lift someone’s spirits, and sometimes say more than words ever could.

We love helping our patients feel happy and confident about sharing theirs!

🧡 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Today, September 30, we honour the children who never returned home, the Survivors of residential schools, and their families and communities.

This day is an opportunity to listen, learn, reflect, and acknowledge the lasting impact of the residential school system on Indigenous Peoples across Canada.

As we wear orange, we are reminded that Every Child Matters — today and every day.

May we continue to learn from the past, amplify Indigenous voices, and walk together on the path toward truth, understanding, and reconciliation.
