Last night a few of our team members had the chance to go out and support one of our amazing patients, at her Divas of Rock show and wow, what a performance! 🎤✨

True talent, incredible energy, and such a fun night cheering her on. We love supporting our patients both inside and outside the office, and Ariana absolutely stole the show.

Want free coffee? ☕️
Here’s how we like to do it…

Step 1: Trick Dr. Sharma into buying the office coffee.

Step 2: Enjoy the coffee.

Step 3: Rinse with water and ideally wait 30 minutes before brushing and flossing. 🪥

Why shouldn’t you brush right after drinking coffee? Coffee is acidic, and brushing immediately afterward can wear down softened enamel which increases your risk for cavities.

If you add sugar or flavored creamers, it’s even more important not to let it sit on your teeth all day. Drinking water alongside coffee also helps reduce staining. ☕🪥
