This young male was congenitally missing ten adult teeth. He had orthodontic treatment completed first to correct his malocclusion (bite) and create sufficient space for the missing teeth. The deciduous (baby) teeth were extracted and nine dental implants placed. The implant crowns were artistically designed and characterized in our in-house dental laboratory to match his natural teeth.

This female presented with the desire for a smile makeover. She had multiple crowns placed in the past five to 40 years and did not like the shade and gum recession. She was also unhappy with the misalignment and crowding of her teeth. We discussed the option of orthodontic treatment but she was not interested; not at her age she said.

Her smile rejuvenation started with a gum lift on her upper left side. This was followed by ten crowns on the upper teeth to camouflage the misalignment and to give her a fuller, more youthful smile. Zirconia crowns were placed on the premolars and lithium disilicate crowns were placed on the six anterior teeth. All crowns were custom designed and fabricated in our in-house dental laboratory and artistically characterized by our ceramist, Marcin Tymczyszyn.

This 57 year old female presented with recurrent decay around three out of her six upper anterior crowns. The right central incisor was determined to be non-restorable and was replaced with a dental implant and crown. New crowns were placed on the other five teeth. The objective was to give her a more youthful but natural looking smile. All restorations were custom designed in our in-house dental laboratory and milled in zirconia. They were artistically characterized by our ceramist Marcin Tymczyszyn.

Crowns are often placed on anterior teeth that are discoloured or have had endodontic treatment (root canal). I would argue that crowns on the anterior teeth will make them weaker and more susceptible to fracture. Here we placed a single lithium disilicate veneer with minimal tooth preparation to mask a discoloured, endodontically treated tooth.

This 56 year old female wanted a smile makeover to replace the mismatching 30 year old veneers on the lateral incisors, close the black triangle between the central incisors and to address the wear of the upper front teeth.

We were able to create a more youthful smile, with dominant central incisors, sharper canines, and rounder teeth using only six porcelain veneers. These bespoke veneers were beautifully hand-crafted in our in-house dental laboratory and artistically characterized by our ceramist Marcin Tymczyszyn.

This 35 year old female presented with six failing porcelain veneers that had chipped and debonded over a period of a few years. She wanted the veneers replaced while taking the opportunity to enhance her smile. Subtle refinements were made to the shape and characterization of the teeth to create a natural looking smile. With her low smile line we were able to treat only six teeth and still be able to have a whiter smile. The porcelain veneers were hand-crafted in our in-house laboratory and artistically characterized by our ceramist, Marcin Tymczyszyn.

This female patient presented with the desire to improve her smile. She was concerned with her gummy smile, gray shading and worn edges on her upper anterior teeth. Her smile makeover involved a gum lift to create more ideal proportions for the teeth and to decrease the gummy display when smiling. This was followed by six bespoke porcelain veneers that were hand crafted in our in-house dental laboratory.
