✨ Getting into the holiday spirit, we closed early to enjoy an afternoon of delicious food, wonderful company, and a team effort decorating our tree for Tsawwassen Spring’s Festival of Lights to raise funds for Delta Hospital!

With the theme red, white, and dental, our tree is shining bright—with Dr. Hermey and Rudolph on permanent shift to keep the crowds smiling. Take a stroll down to enjoy the twinkling lights and all the excitement of the season. 🎄

Before the summer break we took a team break to bake bread with local sourdough legends, Adam & Taylor Lockhart. Rolling up to the Rotisserie Kitchen they welcomed us in with a feast of snacks before they gave us the full 411 on sourdough…a cooking class covering the whole process from taking care of the starters to putting the final baked product in our hungry bellies!

Informative and fun, we laughed and played and sliced and baked…eating our fill of their offerings and then getting even more to take home with us. We can honestly say we know more about - and about each other - now that we’ve been through the heat of the together!

Thanks to Dr Crista for the amazing idea and for the afternoon - and to the Lockharts who made bread baking a memorable experience!

I don’t know if we’ll all become master bakers but you can be certain we’ll be swinging by The Hub to pick up some of their fresh baked goodness! Let us know when that chocolate loaf is available again…it is truly award winning! 🤤
