📣ANNOUNCEMENT!!🤗
We are looking forward to reopening on June 1st!! Currently, we will be triaging and seeing emergency and urgent care cases only.
Dr. Kler and his staff have now received all required governing board guidelines and recommendations for resuming dental care. We feel confident in our complete preparation to safely provide our patients with their dental care needs.
Please take a moment to read the following measures we will be taking and what we expect of you, to ensure your own safety, as well as the safety of other patients and our staff.
COVID-19 PROTOCOL
To ensure the safety of our patients and our staff, we will be:
• Reducing the volume of appointments and increasing time between appointments to allow for increased disinfection between each patient
• Pre-screening patients prior to confirming appointments
• Donning all recommended personal protection equipment including surgical masks, facial shields, gloves and gowns
• Installing medical grade air purification systems to clean and sterilize the clinic air
• Limiting the use of our waiting area and removing all magazines and toys with increased frequency of sanitization of all surfaces and high touch areas
• Requiring hand sanitizing when you enter and exit the clinic
• Required completion of self-assessment questionnaires for both staff and patients entering the clinic each day
• Placing clear signage around clinic to encourage social distancing
• Installing plexiglass shields in our reception area
How you can help:
• Please bring and wear a mask to your appointment (cloth is acceptable) and bring minimal belongings into the office. Please ensure cell phones are put away.
• Please complete the COVID-19 pre-appointment screening form sent to you prior to confirming your appointment by phone or email.
• Please arrive at the time of your appointment only.
• Please arrive ALONE, with the exception of one guardian escorting minors.
• You will be asked to use hand sanitizer upon check-in.
• Do not book an appointment if you have traveled outside of BC within the past 14 days.
• Cancel your appointment if you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms. Cancellation fees will not apply when canceling due to illness, however 48 hours notice would be greatly appreciated as we have limited appointments to accommodate our patients.
• Please be considerate of social distancing signage while in the office.
• Please use the washroom before you come. Our washrooms are unavailable for public use.
• Please ask us any questions that you may have about our new protocols!
