We’re excited to welcome our new Dental Therapist Jody to the Delisle Dental team! 🦷✨
Jody began her dental career in 2014 working full-time as a Dental Aide. This experience sparked her passion for the field, leading her to pursue further education. In 2015 she graduated from the Dental Assisting program at the Regina Saskatchewan Polytechnic Campus and continued on in her studies graduating with her Dental Hygiene Diploma in 2017.
For the next six years, Jody worked full-time as a dental hygienist within Saskatoon and Watrous, building strong relationships with patients and refining her skills. She found one of the most rewarding aspects of her work to be caring for and working with children, and finds great joy in helping young patients feel comfortable and confident during their dental office visits.
In 2022, Jody took a brief break from practice to welcome her daughter. During maternity leave, she seized the opportunity to again further her education and enrolled in the Dental Therapy Degree program offered through the University of Saskatchewan College of Dentistry. After a year of study at the Prince Albert University of Saskatchewan Campus, she proudly graduated in July of 2024. Shortly after welcoming a baby boy in October of 2024.
With a diverse background in Dental Assisting, Hygiene, and Therapy, and a particular passion for working with children, Jody is committed to providing comprehensive care and ensuring a positive experience for every family she gets the pleasure of caring for!
