🦷Sarah Hayden🪥👋
Sarah graduated from Dalhousie University in 2013 with a Diploma in Dental Hygiene. Originally from Central Newfoundland, she made the move to the west coast after graduation and has been helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles ever since.

Sarah enjoys getting to know her patients and believes that a comfortable, positive dental visit can make all the difference. Whether it’s your first cleaning in a while or you’re a regular visitor, she’s here to help you feel at ease.

When she’s not at the office, you’ll likely find her enjoying everything Newfoundland has to offer, especially spending time outdoors and exploring the beautiful west coast.

Her best dental advice? Brush twice a day, don’t skip the floss (your gums will thank you!), and remember—small daily habits go a long way toward a healthy smile.😀 👋💫

Nikki Fifield 😊💫

Nikki Fifield born in Fort McMurray Alberta and at the age of 6 she moved to Deer Lake Newfoundland. Nikki spent her entire childhood and educational years here.
After high school, she moved back to Fort McMurray, where she pursued her dental career in 2008. In 2015 , she moved her family back her favorite place, Dear Lake Newfoundland. Nikki obtain her nursing degree and worked as a nurse for the last decade In various locations throughout the island.
February 2026 Nikki made the decision to go back to her main roots ,and return back into the dental field here Lake Dental. “There’s No Place Like Home”🫶

From conducting oral assessments, taking X-rays, and applying sealants or fluoride. Performing deep cleanings (scaling and root planing) to treat and prevent gum disease. And advising patients on proper brushing, flossing, and nutrition to maintain oral health. Jessica graduated from an accredited dental hygiene, member of NL RDH association and been our resident hygienist for 10 years.

She’s passionate about preventive care and patient education, committed on helping you achieve and maintain a healthy, beautiful smile. With a gentle touch and caring approach, they make every visit comfortable and stress-free.
