Missing a tooth? There may be more than one way to restore your smile.

Depending on your individual needs, options for replacing missing teeth can include dental implants, bridges and removable dentures. Each option works differently, and the right choice depends on factors such as your oral health, the number and location of missing teeth, and your treatment goals.

Our dental team can assess your smile and discuss the options that may be suitable for you.

Your oral health is about more than just your smile.

Healthy teeth and gums support your ability to eat, speak, and smile with confidence, but they can also play an important role in your overall well-being. Research has found links between gum disease and health conditions such as diabetes and heart disease, making preventive dental care an important part of a healthy lifestyle.

Brushing, flossing, and keeping up with regular dental checkups can help protect your oral health while giving your dental team the opportunity to identify concerns early.

A healthy smile is one more step toward a healthier you.

Myth: Only sugar causes cavities.

Fact: Cavities develop when bacteria in the mouth feed on carbohydrates and produce acids that weaken tooth enamel. Factors like oral hygiene habits, snacking frequency, dry mouth, and regular dental visits all play a role in keeping your smile healthy.

Understanding the facts is one of the best ways to protect your teeth!

Proper Brushing & Flossing Techniques

Brushing and flossing might seem simple, but technique makes all the difference.

✔️ Brush twice a day for 2 minutes using gentle, circular motions
✔️ Hold your brush at a 45° angle toward the gumline
✔️ Don’t forget your tongue
✔️ Floss daily, making a “C” shape around each tooth

Good habits at home are the foundation of a healthy smile and help prevent issues like Periodontitis.

Small changes = big impact.
