This patient came to me with a fractured upper right lateral incisor. It had been restored again and again over the years until it eventually became too weak and it fractured off at the gumline. This tooth was unrestorable, and we decided on a cantilever bridge off the central incisor to replace it.

Initial presentation: this is what it looked like before we began. (The tooth tab is just for shade matching purposes)

Temporary bridge: we extracted the remaining tooth and used the fake tooth to shape the gums, so it looks like we have a natural tooth emerging out of the gums.

Permanent bridge: The patient was happy with the end results. We also corrected the chipping she had on her incisal edge.
