Haven’t posted in a while…
Quite honestly it’s been feeling performative.
My IG feed is full of atrocities and heart break and posting about my little business feels like the least important thing I can be doing but I’m trying to be mindful that my business is what I make it.
My heart still aches for the children of Gaza, the people of Sudan and the Congo and all the citizens of the world who feel hopeless and helpless.
While I continue to protest and advocate and speak up for those who can’t, im still very proud of the work I do and the impact I make on my community.
It’s okay to treat yourself to a gem, it’s okay to be thankful for the life you have and it’s okay to feel guilty and blessed at the same time.
I’m sure a lot of us creatives are feeling the same way but I take ease in knowing we’re all feeling these feelings together.

Big butterfly artists choice set for my giveaway winner from a few months back💞
I love love LOVE doing these big artists choice sets because they let me be as creative as I like!
For this set the client wanted to keep the colour scheme in the blues.
I wanted to create a a set inspired by jewelry so we did a necklace inspired section on the upper canine & incisors complemented by some blue gems on her lower teeth. She really wanted to incorporate a butterfly so obviously I had to throw that in there as well!

Thank you sooo much for the trust with this big set!

Some very exciting news for you all!

6 Gems Studios has found a new forever home in downtown Vancouver!
and I have secured a private studio near Olympic village and we are both so excited to create a space to welcome you all for your toothgems and nail needs!

As of September we will be working out of studio #2 in the Eastside Studios building located at 79 W 3rd Ave!

This new journey is one I’m so happy to be on with Alicia!
Our space will always be a safe space for any and everyone!!

I’d like to celebrate by offering %20 off all gems for the month of September!

I will be away until the 10th but the discount will apply to all September appointments following my return.

This is honestly such a milestone for both I and Alicia and we hope that you all follow along with us on this new journey

A classic look for Paige ✨

Two bb gems on each canine for my lovely returning client!
The first time Paige only got one gem but one is almost never enough 💅🏽
Recently we replaced her fallen gem after almost 2 years and added a gem on the opposite canine✨
Paige also gifted me a beautiful moss agate pendant that she made herself!!!!!
