Covid 19 numbers have increased on Vancouver Island! We at Divine Denture follow the infection control recommendations made by the Canadian Dental Association, Centre of Disease Control and Prevention and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Infection control is always top priority for our practice. Our infection control is made so that when you receive care, it is both safe and comfortable. We would like to tell you about a few of our infection control procedures we follow to keep patients and staff safe.
* Our office will communicate with you beforehand by asking you
screening questions via phone and again when you enter our
office. Plus temperature checks upon arriving at our office.
* Sanitizer, we ask that you use it frequently when in our office,
upon entering our office, when you enter and exit our treatment
rooms, as well as when you leave the office.
*Appointments will be managed to allow social distancing between
patients. Please don't enter the clinic without checking in with the
staff via phone, even if you have a scheduled appointment.
*We are not allowing anyone to wait in our office waiting room,
if you arrive early please wait in your vehicle and call prior to coming in for your appointment.
*Please attend your appointment "solo" if you have a driver please
have them wait in the vehicle for you. If you need assistance from
a family member make sure this has been arranged with the clinic
prior to arriving for your appointment.
*You must wear a Mask in our office, if you don't have one we will
provide you with one.
*If you don't feel 100% for any reason we ask that you reschedule.
We are all in this together! Please feel free to call our office at
anytime for assistance. 250-743-3311.
Divine Denture is committed to doing our part to keep everyone
safe.
