An Evening of Implant Dentistry & Education

We were pleased to host an evening of continuing education for dentists in and around Chilliwack, featuring Dr. Ahmed Ballo and his presentation on Prosthetically Driven Implant Dentistry.

It was a great opportunity to bring together local dental professionals for an evening of education, discussion, and collaboration. Dr. Ballo shared his expertise in prosthodontics and implant dentistry, with valuable insights into treatment planning and the importance of a prosthetically driven approach to implant care.

We were also grateful to have Dr. Singh and our team in attendance and to spend the evening connecting with many of the dentists we work alongside throughout the Fraser Valley.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to such a great evening. We look forward to continuing to support education, collaboration, and comprehensive patient care within our dental community.

Meet Dr. Singh!

Dr. Prabhjot Singh is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon providing comprehensive surgical care, from routine procedures to complex cases.

His areas of practice include dental implants, zygomatic implants, full-mouth rehabilitation, bone grafting, complex extractions, orthognathic surgery, and oral pathology.

At Chilliwack Oral Surgery, Dr. Singh is committed to providing individualized treatment planning and advanced surgical care for each patient.

Our surgical dental assistants do so much more than assist chairside. From preparing our OR and maintaining sterilization protocols, to assisting Dr. Singh during surgery and joining him at the hospital for more complex cases, they’re an essential part of our surgical team.

And just as importantly, they’re often the ones helping ease nerves, answer questions and make patients feel comfortable along the way.

A frenectomy is a quick procedure used to release a restrictive band of tissue beneath the tongue or upper lip. Depending on the individual, a tongue or lip tie may affect feeding, speech, oral function, or dental development.
