At Costello Family Dentistry, we offer direct billing to help make your dental visits easier and more convenient.

Instead of paying the full amount upfront and waiting for reimbursement, we electronically submit your insurance claim directly to your provider during your visit.

That means you’ll only be responsible for any remaining balance not covered by your insurance plan.

Whether you’re coming in for a routine cleaning and checkup, fillings, or more extensive treatment, direct billing helps reduce out of pocket costs and eliminates the hassle of paperwork and claim submissions.

Many insurance plans cover a significant portion of dental treatment, and our team is always happy to help answer questions about your coverage and guide you through the process.

Simply bring your insurance information to your appointment, and we’ll take care of the rest!

From September 1st–30th, 2026, residents of Eastern Ontario can apply for the opportunity to receive up to $20,000 in dental treatment and a smile that could make a meaningful difference in their life.

🦷 How To Apply:
Share your story in 5 minutes or less and submit the three required photos of your smile and mouth. Our team will review each application and select the recipients later this fall.
