Dear Valued Patients,
After considerable reflection on my 30 year dental career, I have made the difficult decision to retire on June 30, 2025. I am caregiver for my elderly mom and uncle; which has now become more challenging with their advancing age. Reflecting on my decision, I am confident that this is the right time for me to retire from a profession that I love and have dedicated my life to. Retirement will allow me to spend more quality time with my loved ones, pursue personal interests and embrace new adventures.
I want to acknowledge how much I will miss all of you. I will always cherish the memories, humorous moments, interesting stories and life experiences we have share together. This is what I will miss most in retirement!
I am pleased to transition my practice to Dr. Dhillon, who has already been providing exceptional dental care for our patients, and whom many of you have had an opportunity to meet. She is an experienced dentist who has brought numerous procedures, techniques and technologies to our practice. Her kind and caring manner are closely aligned to my philosophy of patient care. Dr. Dhillon is committed to continuing to serve you with individual care, skill and attention. She attends numerous continuing education courses for dental implants, Botox for TMJ and Invisalign. The staff and I know that you will be in great hands with Dr. Dhillon.
Dr. Vilaysane will be joining Dr. Dhillon. Some of you many remember her from her time in our office in 2020-2021. Dr. Vilaysane loves to spend time getting to know her patients and strives to provide dental treatments in a kind and gentle manner. Dr. Vilaysane is great with children; and seniors hold a special place in her heart. She looks forward to returning to the team.
Moving into retirement, I want to reassure you that my wonderful staff, whom you know and trust, will be staying on at the practice. I am confident that they will continue to provide the same high level service that you have come to expect. They are all truly dedicated and committed to a smooth transition and care deeply about your comfort, wellbeing and continuity of care. With the enthusiastic and caring manners of Dr. Dhillon and Dr. Vilayasane, and their combined experience and education, I assure you that excellent dental care will continue.
As I step away from dentistry, it gives me great comfort to know that you will still be provied with the excellent dentistry, kindness and compassion that you deserve. My wish was to say my good-byes to everyone in person, but that was not achievable. From the bottom of my heart, I have loved meeting and cultivating friendships with so many inspiring and amazing people. Thank you for being such wonderful patients and allowing me the privilege of being your dentist.
Best wishes in all that comes your way!
Dr. Victoria Jalbert
