A new week is a fresh opportunity to get back into healthy habits! Your oral health doesn’t require a complicated routine—just a few simple steps done consistently can make a difference.

🌿 Start your week with a dental reset:

🪥 Brush with patience: Take two full minutes, twice a day, to gently clean every surface of your teeth.

🦷 Floss with purpose: Floss daily to clean those hard-to-reach spaces your toothbrush can’t reach.

💧 Hydrate wisely: Sip water throughout the day to help rinse away food particles and keep your mouth feeling fresh.

📅 Schedule ahead: If it’s been a while since your last check-up and cleaning, now is a great time to get one on the calendar.

Small habits and consistent effort = a healthier smile. 💙

🦷 𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗘 𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗔𝗟𝗦𝗘?
If you have a tooth fall out, you should put it in a glass of milk. 🥛

👉 TRUE! — if it’s a permanent tooth that has been knocked out, milk can help keep the tooth moist and protect the root cells while you get to a dentist.

If possible, gently pick up the tooth by the crown (the white part) — not the root. If it’s dirty, gently rinse it without scrubbing. If you can’t safely place it back into the socket, put it in a small container of milk and contact your dentist immediately. ⏱️

💡 Dental Tip: Time matters! The sooner a knocked-out permanent tooth is treated, the better the chance it may be successfully replanted.

And remember — this advice is for permanent teeth, not baby teeth.
