We're Hiring: Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Tower Dental is looking for a motivated, compassionate, and enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team!
Schedule:
Monday: Off
Tuesday: 8:45 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
Wednesday: 10:45 a.m. – 7:15 p.m.
Thursday: 8:45 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
Friday: 8:45 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
Alternating Saturdays: 8:45 a.m. – 5:15
Our ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 2 years of RDA experience
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
The ability to anticipate the dentist's needs and keep procedures running efficiently
A compassionate, patient-focused approach that helps patients feel comfortable and cared for
Flexibility to work with multiple dentists as needed
Experience with Cleardent and Itero
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
