One of our dental hygienists here at Heritage Dental Centre, Jennifer joined us in Fall 2021 after completing her Dental Hygiene degree at UBC—where she was awarded the Hu-Friedy Clinical Proficiency Award.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her by the water, watching sunsets, or deep into a good show or movie.

Meet Dr. Darcy Isted ✨

A familiar face at Heritage Dental Centre, Dr. Isted has been caring for patients here since 1990 — with many long-time patients who have been with him for years.

With over three decades of experience, his focus has always been on preventive care, restorative treatments, and building lasting relationships rooted in trust and consistency.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find him biking Calgary’s trails, capturing moments through photography, or playing music with his band. His love for family, the outdoors, and creativity carries into the way he connects with patients — warm, thoughtful, and always patient-first.

Meet Dr. Ellen Fletcher 👋🏻

A graduate of the University of Alberta’s Faculty of Dentistry (1987), Dr. Fletcher has been caring for the South Calgary community for decades with dedication and experience 🦷

Her favourite part of what she does? The relationships she’s built over the years. She’s the kind of dentist who truly knows her patients and their families, and loves catching up at each visit 💫

Outside the clinic, you can find her skiing at Lake Louise in the winter ⛷️ or creating beautiful, one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces from her favourite bead shops around Calgary ✨

She’s married to Mark, and her son lives in Denmark — a place she loves visiting and exploring by bike 🚲

Before starting her career as a professional dental business administrator, Cristina was a professional dancer specializing in ballet, jazz, tap dance, and more 💃

Outside of the clinic, she loves spending time with her two daughters and her family. She also enjoys traveling, exploring Calgary, and trying new experiences and restaurants whenever she can ✨
