Juice boxes and sweet drinks may seem harmless, but sipping them throughout the day gives sugar and acid more time on little teeth.

A simple school-year switch:

💧 Water between meals
🥛 Milk or juice with meals
🪥 Brush twice daily

Baby teeth may be temporary, but their job is pretty important.

They help children eat comfortably, support speech development and hold space for the adult teeth growing underneath. Some baby teeth can even stay in place until around age 12.

A cavity or infection in a baby tooth can still cause pain and affect how your child eats, sleeps and feels.

Little teeth deserve proper care too. If it has been a while since your child’s last visit, book their checkup today. 💙
