🦷Happy National Toothache Day !🦷, we hope none of our patients are experiencing a toothache today but today is a good day to remind us that toothaches are never fun and that maintaining oral health is very important to keep painful toothaches away.

🪥 Take advantage of this day to resolve to brush and floss your teeth at least twice everyday.

👩‍⚕️Make an appointment with your dentist for a checkup.

🍷 Avoid food items that are bad for your oral health: sour candies, bread, alcohol, carbonated drinks, ice, citrus, potato chips and dried fruits.
