It’s more than a name. It’s a standard.

Grinn is where the science of oral health meets the art of comfort.

It’s clinical precision without the cold feeling people expect from dentistry.

It’s walking into a space that feels intentional, not intimidating.

It's in every detail, from the environment to the experience.

It's built around one idea: You deserve to feel taken care of before, during, and long after your appointment.

Because a healthy smile isn’t just about what we do clinically.
It’s about how you feel while you’re here, and when you're out in the world achieving your goals.

That’s Grinn.

"Confidence comes from knowing the details are handled.”

Before every appointment begins, there’s a process you don’t see happening behind the scenes.

Each instrument is meticulously cleaned, packaged, and sterilized so it’s completely safe and ready for your care. Every cassette wrapped like this one goes through a monitored sterilization cycle designed to eliminate bacteria, viruses, and spores.

It’s one of those quiet parts of dentistry that rarely makes the spotlight — but it’s one of the most important.

Because exceptional care doesn’t start when you sit in the chair. It starts long before that.

“But my gums don’t bleed… so everything’s fine, right?”

Not necessarily.

Let's refer to a Perio Monitor Test — a simple chair side salivary screening that measures inflammatory markers associated with periodontal disease.

It’s important to understand: this test does not identify specific bacteria. Instead, it evaluates how your body is responding to the biofilm present in your mouth.

Here’s why that matters.

Bleeding gums and bone loss are clinical signs we see once inflammation has already progressed. But inflammation begins at a microscopic, biochemical level long before those visible symptoms appear.

You can have:
• No obvious bleeding
• Minimal pocketing
• No radiographic bone loss

… and still have elevated inflammatory markers.

The Perio Monitor Test helps us detect that early inflammatory activity, essentially giving us a glimpse into how your body is handling bacterial load before tissue breakdown becomes clinically evident. Two people can have similar plaque levels but very different immune responses. This test allows us to personalize care based on your biology, not assumptions. It helps us:

• Assess periodontal risk
• Detect elevated inflammatory activity
• Personalize hygiene intervals and homecare
• Determine if adjunctive therapies may be beneficial
• Monitor inflammatory changes over time

It allows us to look beyond what’s visible and better understand what’s happening biologically. Periodontal disease is a chronic inflammatory condition, so the earlier we detect increased inflammatory markers, the more proactive and precise we can be with care.

Your mouth is connected to your whole body, and inflammation is a signal worth paying attention to.

“People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.”

This is what it looks like to love what you do — and the people you do it for.

Yes, clinical skill matters. Precision matters. Outcomes matter. But the way someone feels in my chair? That matters just as much.

Grinn was built to be intentional — longer appointments, real conversations, and care that’s rooted in evidence but delivered with warmth.

Your oral health is important. And so is your experience while protecting it.

"Once I saw it with my own eyes, everything clicked.”

One of the most powerful moments in an appointment is when we pause, turn down the lights, and look at your X-rays together. Not to alarm you — but to help you truly understand what’s happening beneath the surface.

Bone loss can’t be felt in the early stages, and it doesn’t hurt. But when you look at the images and see the space where support has slowly changed, it starts to make sense why we talk about home care, inflammation, and maintenance visits the way we do. The conversations become more meaningful.

Education isn’t a lecture — it’s a conversation. It’s sitting side by side, reviewing your images on the big screen, answering your questions, and connecting the dots in a way that feels clear and empowering. Whether it’s early changes or more advanced breakdown, my role is to guide you through what we’re seeing and what we can do next to support your health.

No shame. No overwhelm. Just information, options, and a plan.

The science of oral health meets the art of comfort — and sometimes that starts with simply looking at everything together and having an honest conversation.

When we talk about elevating clinical outcomes for our clients, this is one of the adjunctive therapies we are genuinely excited about.

Hey HybenX! 👋

HybenX is a desiccant gel that we place under the gums as an adjunctive therapy in periodontal and biofilm management. It’s not a substitute for scaling, root planing, or airflow treatments, but it’s a powerful complement to them.

So what is it, and how does it work?

HybenX is a concentrated blend of sulfonated phenolics and sulfuric acid that works through desiccation. In simple terms, it rapidly dehydrates and denatures biofilm at a chemical level. What makes it valuable clinically, is how efficiently it disrupts biofilm and removes diseased tissue, supporting improved pocket reduction and a healthier tissue response.

When do we recommend it for our clients?

- Treating moderate to advanced periodontal pockets
- Areas of persistent inflammation despite thorough scaling
- Around implants where biofilm control is critical
- Cases with heavy bleeding and high bacterial challenge
- Clients at high risk for recurrent periodontal relapse

It’s not something everyone needs — but for the right situation, it can significantly improve healing and help stabilize gum health.

At Grinn, we’re always incorporating treatments that combine comfort with evidence-based care so you can achieve better oral health outcomes. At the end of the day, our goal isn’t just cleaner teeth — it’s a healthier foundation.

🦷 “Healing doesn’t happen by chance. It happens by choice — and small, intentional steps create lasting change.”
