With so many options for floss on the market, it can be hard to choose which one is right for you. We shared our flat out flawless guide to a faultless floss using traditional floss, but what about other flossing alternatives? Well, let's start with water flossers!

A water flosser, like its wax string counterpart, cleans food and bacteria from in between teeth to help prevent cavities and fight gingivitis. Patients with braces, bridges or other dental work might find a water flosser useful because it can clean in difficult to reach areas.

Water flossers have a variety of different tips that can be attached. These separate tips offer a lot of unique options when it comes to cleaning in between teeth.

Whatever floss you choose, make sure to use it once a day and brush twice daily for two minutes.

Flossing is an essential part of your oral health care routine, but do you ever wonder if you are doing it correctly? Here is our flat out flawless guide to a faultless floss! There are many fossing options these days, so choose one that works for your routine and feels right in your hands and mouth! Start your floss by gently guiding the floss in between your teeth using a rubbing motion. When you reach the gum line, curve the floss around each tooth and rub in between the gum line and the tooth. This ensures gingivitis causing bacteria has no place to hide! Repeat on all teeth and don't forget the backside of the back tooth. Now you have all the skills to impress even your hygenist!

Did your little ones grow out of their shoes? Drop them off at our clinic, and we will take them to Guatemala! We are collecting shoes to bring with us on our Dentistry for All trips. We make these trips to provide dentistry and other necessities for people who wouldn't usually have access.
