This patient presented with throbbing pain on her upper left molar, taking pain killers around the clock and not able to eat, work, or sleep...

Dealing with an infected nerve can be one of the most painful things to experience.

We were able to save this tooth by completing a root canal and rebuilding the tooth back up to ideal contours.

Now the patient is able to eat and chew and most importantly is out of pain!

Children's first dental visit!

When's the ideal time to bring your child in for their first visit?
---> We usually recommend within 6 months of getting their first tooth (which typically ends up being at 18-24 months of age)

Getting them used to being in the dental office at a young age allows them to familiarize themselves with the sights, sounds and smells of the clinic~

We'll always "tell, show, do" all visits as it is important for the child to feel in control of their appointment!

And yes! We can sometimes even get a full thorough check up and cleaning done on children less than 3 years old! However, many kiddos will take a few visits to get to that point! The key is to go at their pace while still staying on top of their visits to make sure we aren't missing any critical issues that can be caught early.

Remember, smaller problems are easier to treat but can only be caught with regular 6 month visits!

This wonderful patient was looking to enhance her smile and was bothered by how her smile looked uneven.

We completed 9 months of Invisalign treatment to help align the teeth into a more ideal position.

Afterwards we were able to complete some esthetic bonding onto 5 of her upper front 6 teeth to balance out and improve the symmetry of her teeth.

Can you believe that no enamel was harmed during this transformation? Absolutely no drilling away of natural tooth structure! Just conservative therapy to preserve and enhance her natural smile!

Another beautiful smile transformation!

Orthodontic treatment with Invisalign to move the teeth out of a traumatic bite. Then esthetic composite bonding onto the teeth to enhance the symmetry and beauty of her natural teeth (while also rebuilding back up tooth structure that she had previously chipped).

Patient presents with "just a chipped tooth around an old filling". But looks can be deceiving sometimes. The patient had no symptoms and the chipped tooth was just feeling a little sharp.

But, once the old filling material was removed, we were able to truly see how compromised the remaining tooth structure was. No matter how well you can rebuild a tooth with filling material it will not change the fact that the remaining natural enamel walls are so thin! This tooth ideally requires an indirect restoration to cover the entire periphery of the tooth and encase the tooth. This would protect it from the significant forces that a molar is typically subjected to.

The patient was unable to move forward with the ideal option at this time so we rebuilt the missing tooth structure with composite resin material. This will buy some time until the patient can return for definitive long term treatment for this tooth.
