We are looking for a hands-on, proactive and results-oriented leader who can take ownership of daily clinic operations and support our team in delivering an excellent patient experience.
What we’re looking for:

✅ 5–10 years of dental office experience
✅ Previous Dental Office Manager, Practice Manager, Treatment Coordinator or senior dental administrative experience
✅ Strong leadership and team-management skills
✅ Experience with scheduling, recalls, insurance and treatment coordination
✅ Knowledge of accounts receivable, production, collections and clinic KPIs
✅ Ability to manage and train the front-desk team
✅ Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
✅ Open Dental experience is a strong asset

This is a management and leadership position, not simply a receptionist role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, manage people, monitor performance and help improve the overall efficiency and growth of the clinic.
