The hardest part of building Denzy wasn't the product.

It was that a marketplace is worthless until both sides show up at the same time. No dentists means no patients. No patients means no dentists. It's the same problem Uber had early on. A ride app with no drivers is useless, and no driver wants to join an app with no riders.

The only way through it is to manually solve one side first, before the other side has any reason to believe in you. That part is slow and unglamorous and there's no shortcut for it.
