A challenging anterior implant case with a rewarding long-term outcome.

Tooth #21 presented with advanced internal root resorption and a compromised long-term prognosis. Using a fully guided surgical workflow combined with Partial Extraction Therapy (PET), we were able to preserve the buccal architecture and optimize the peri-implant environment from day one.

An immediate implant was placed with a screw-retained provisional crown to support and train the soft tissue contours during healing. The photo demonstrates the 3-year follow-up — showcasing stable peri-implant bone levels, healthy soft tissue integration, and maintained esthetics.
