Your toothbrush works hard for you—but it doesn’t last forever 🪥
Over time, bristles wear out, fray, and lose their ability to properly clean your teeth. If your brush is looking a little rough, it’s probably not doing its job as well as you think.
A good rule of thumb: replace your toothbrush (or brush head) every 3 months—or sooner if the bristles are visibly worn. And don’t forget, brushing gently with proper technique matters just as much as how often you brush.
