All of our renovations and safety precautions for COVID-19 are complete. We are now ready to safely see patients for non-essential and elective care along with essential services, emergency and urgent care.

Thank you for your patience as we prepare to re-open our clinic.

As we make plans to re-open for essential services, the safety of our patients and staff is our main priority. We are in the process of obtaining adequate supplies of personal protective equipment and undertaking the mandatory clinic renovations such as improved ventilation and protective barriers and partitions.

To all our patients and friends

I would like to give you an update pertaining Dundas Family Dental and to all dental offices in the province of Ontario due to the Covid - 19 outbreak.

As always the health and welfare of or our patients and staff are of the utmost importance and well are taking all precautions to ensure this.

Our governing body, The Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, has recommended to postpone all elective dental procedures until further notice. EMERGENCY procedures ONLY are permitted.

If you require EMERGENCY dental treatment, please call the office at 905.315.9898 and we will address your concerns.

In the meantime, please follow all recommend procedures for hand washing and social distancing. It is up to us to protect the most vulnerable from this infection: our seniors and those who are immune compromised.

They are times such as these that allow us to reflect on what is really important: family, friends and the well being of our loved ones.

Fluoride is important! Regular (and appropriate) use of fluoride such as fluoride toothpaste plays a key role in the fight against tooth decay. Brush twice a day for two-minutes, using a fluoride toothpaste and ask us about the importance that fluoride plays in your oral health, during your next appointment!
