Teaching healthy habits early is one of our favorite parts of the job.

We spent some time with local students talking all things brushing and flossing. Moments like these are why we love being part of this community.

How does the Parkview team take their coffee? ☕️

Iced capp, caramel macchiato, a little Bailey’s on the weekend, or cream with no sugar because she’s sweet enough already.

Now we want to know, what’s your coffee order? 👇

October is National Dental Hygiene Month! 🦷

Your hygienist does a lot more than clean your teeth. They keep an eye on your gums, check for changes, remove buildup you can’t get at home, and help you figure out what your smile needs between visits.

Show your hygienist some love this month and don’t forget to book that cleaning you’ve been putting off!

The end of the year will be here before you know it! ⏰🦷

If your dental benefits reset at the end of the year, now is a good time to check what you have left and get those appointments on the calendar.

Schedules fill up quickly toward the holidays, so don’t wait until December to use your remaining coverage!

Lori’s interest in dentistry started after spending a year in braces as a teenager. She went on to graduate from the Dental Assisting program at SAIT and now brings more than 30 years of experience to the dental field!

Her favourite part of the job is getting to know patients one-on-one, and she continues to make education a priority even after three decades in dentistry.

When she’s not at the office, Lori loves camping, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. Be sure to say hi next time you see her!

Good dental habits start young, sometimes even before that first tooth comes in.
We recommend children see a dentist within six months of their first tooth or by their first birthday. Early visits help us catch things like cavities, bite issues, and habits like thumb sucking, all while keeping the experience positive and fun.

Ready for your close-up? 😄🦷

Regular hygiene visits give us a chance to take a good look at your teeth and gums, remove buildup, and catch any changes early.
