1. 🪥 When going away don’t forget to pack a toothbrush, fluoride toothpaste, and floss to keep up with your routine. BONUS PACKING TIP - Try to find a lip balm with UV protection, your lips can get sun burns too! 🥵

2. 💧Stay hydrated! Water will help you keep cool, while also keeping your mouth healthy by washing away food particles. Pick water over sugary or acidic drinks to reduce the risk of cavities

3. 🍉 Choose fresh fruit and veggies over candy! Vitamins and minerals in fruits and vegetables support healthy gums and teeth, and stimulate saliva production to neutralize acids in the mouth

4. 🛡️Protect your smile when playing sports by using a properly fitted sports guard. This will protect your teeth from trauma or breaking! BONUS PROTECTION TIP - If you wear a night guard always pack it on trips. Travel can be stressful which can lead to grinding at night, your night guard can’t help you when it’s left at home
